My Dear sir

Will you, after receiving my thanks for your attention to my request respect Col Hicks, permit to trouble you with the following inquiries.

What provision has been made for the services of Chaplins four Volunteers?

If none have yet been provided, Is it the intention on the part of the Government to do so?

Have amy ministers offered their servises?

Let me say that if you can not do any better you may call upon me for my humble servises if needed in that capacity I am a member of the Congregational Church my Excleastical connection is with the Congregational Association of Chicago my residence home is in Salem
