Dear Abner,
I find I have not by me a good many of my tittle papers - and if you can get time and feel well enough to look up any that are in my desk and my tax receipts and send them to me I will be very much obliged to you - You must not however do so until you get well enough.
Tom Smith offers me $35 cash per acre for the 80 near New Berlin - I have written to him I must have the $40 Would you take less than $40? Answer me upon this point immediately
Dickey is nearly well
