I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your favor of the 11th inst, and beg leave to inform you that it is impossible for this Department to accept the services of your Company. The quota of troops assigned to your State, will be accepted, and furnished to the Government by it Governor, to whom therefore, you must properly address your attention.
