It is understood that J T Dunn of this place has just visited you and it is believed that he wished to secure the benefit of a bankrupt law. The writer wishes to inform you that Mr. Dunn has made an assignment of his property, and that several important items of his affairs are left unexplained.
His debts amount to 150 thousand dollars and not near half of that sum has been accounted for
The matter will be sifted to the bottom
