The old Justis of the peace that was elected a bout Three yers and Six months ago they sey they was Elected for four years which turm will Expire this fall
The County was organised under the Township organis law and all the officers elected the Justis and constables has bin commishioned & sworn in to offis & applyed to the old Justis for there law & docket They refuse to gave them up till this fall I wish to now if all fore can act in one town and all there acts be acording to law
