In reply to your Communication of the 14th inst; relative to Mr Caleb Setton Co D 101st Ills Vols, I have the honor to state that the soldier has been transferred to the U.S.A. General Hospital at Quincy Ills and that I have forwarded to the Surgeon in charge of said Hospital, for his action, the certificate of disability in the case
