Dear Governor.

Will you please join me in the request I make in enclosed dispatch to Gen. Rosecrans? I have some writs of the Scoundrels in Montgomery and Fayette who have been making trouble at Ramsey and want to Capture all concerned if possible. If you will join me I think Gen. R. will send the troops.
