This Company offers for sale Land in large tracts, of 1,000 acres, and upwards; also Garden and Fruit Farms of any size wanted, suitable for grapes, peaches, pears, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, &c., &c. Superior Cranberry lands, in large or small lots. Also, Cedar Timber and Cedar Swamps, Mill Seats, with good water power, and Village Lots, situated at and near Woodmansie, Burlington Co., N.J. Woodmansie is the half-way station between New York and Philadelphia, on the Raritan & Delaware Bay Railroad, and is one of the healthiest places in the world. Pulmonary and other diseases are frequently cured by a residence in this locality, without the use of any medicine. It is a good location for the opening of schools, stores, and almost any kind of business, and this Company will give encouragement to any enterprising persons desirous of starting any mechanical or manufacturing business.
