Sir:
This will be presented by Mr.
Lindsay Ridgeway of this County, a loyal
man - whose son Saml F. Ridgeway of 3rd
Ills Vols. is now at Louisville - sick since 1st.
July. - I would respectfully request that as
favorable attention & action may be given upon
his application as existing regulations will
permit. Mr. Ridgeway lives adjoining Camp
Butler, Ills. now occupied by US Troops.
