Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States, speaks to the Twenty-Second Continental Congress of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution at Memorial Continental Hall in Washington, D.C. On verso: "Scene in Memorial Continental Hall, session probably being opened by President Wilson. The President General was Mrs. M. T. Scott, who is at right of President, Mr. William J. Bryan is at the President's left."
