Washington, Aug. 10. - Surgeon General Wood has taken measures for carrying into effect the late act of Congress for adding to the medical of the army a corps of cadets, whose duty it shall be to act as dressers in the hospitals, and as ambulance attendants in the field, with the same ranks and pay as the West Point Military Cadets.
