A. since the 1st of July last. and I take great pleasure in cordially recommending him to the favorable consideration of the Govnr of Ills. (the state from which he hails.) Dr. Leslie is a young gentleman of fair abilities, is very attentive to his professional duties, and a high-toned honorable gentleman.
