Permit me to enclose you two communications &c from my Brother Henry Conkling M.D. Bloomington Ills the object of which you will readily understand having reference as they do to the condition of the unfortunate of our brave Soldiers

Anything you may find it advisable to do will be deemed satisfactory

Hoping you may soon find it convenient to advise either me or my Brother as to what can be done, I am as ever
