Dear Sir

           My Brother lieu James I. Glenn of Co G. 101st Ills. Vol. is now in Mound City Hospital very ill  His discharge papers were made out Some time ago at Atlanta but have not reached him yet So as to allow him to leave the Hospital.  I wish to get Him home_ and believe if he is not removed from the hospital very Soon that he will not recover.  Can you give me any advise or aid how to proceed or what to do in order to release him and get him home
           If you Can do So I Shall be under lasting obligations for your act of Kindness.   Yours with profound Respect
