In reply to yours of the 21st instant, received yesterday, 27th, I have the honor to transmit an Exhibit of Credits to Illinois under the last call and order for Draft, from July 1st to Nov. 30th. The Credits being summed up monthly, the amounts for December are not yet ascertained, and cannot be known until a few days after the close of the month.
