[W.?] K. Poisal of Co. I. 101st Ill. Infty. a patient in the U.S.A. Gen. Hosp. at this place is desirous of obtaining a discharge for the following reasons. Mr. Poisal has served in his regt. two years during which time his health has declined to the extent that he is no longer able to do duty in his Regt His family are suffering in his absence. He has a family and a Mother-in Law, who are dependent on his labor for support. If you will use a little of your unbounded influence in his behalf, you will thereby alleviate the distress of a worthy family and oblige your Constituent Geo Coffin
