Dear Sir About one month since I mailed to you at Springfield the Certificate of the Warden of the Illinois Penitentiary---certifying that one William Hulse lately a convict there is entitled to a Certificate of Restoration of citizenship requesting you to forward his said Certificate of Restoration to me at Morrison Whiteside County Ill. Will you please inform me as soon as possible whether you have received the same or not---and if you have received the same what dispsition has been made of the matter and oblige.

About a month ago he mailed to Govr a certificate of the Warden of Penitentiary certifying that Wm Hulse a convict there is entitled to citizenship.

Wants to know if Govr received the same & if so what disposition has been made of it
