Troy June the 19th 1863 Springfield Illinois Ser I received your letter to day and will proceed to ancer your letter at once you said that you had not received no [blanks?] yet do you exspect to let our country run to ruin waiting for them blanks if you have no blanks under the old act give me one under the new act. the men is redy to go in to servis rite away so I ask you for a commission to rais a company for the servis if you want to refer to my body I will give you som names just refer to the cheef of this comuty I would like to hear from you soon as possible. yours respectfully obedient servent John Armacast
