Dr. Sir: - Permit me to recommend to your consideration, the appointment of Mr. Nelson B. Newman, as Suttler, to the "Governor's Legion."

Mr. Newman comes to me highly recommended, and my own personal acquaintance with him, now of several years duration, leads me to believe he will be entirely acceptable to the "Legion."
