Oregon. Ogle Co. April 16th 1863,

Honored, Sir,

I have been drilling, & have the names of Seventy five men who wish to Organize themselves into a Cavalry Company, Subject to duty in this State. We can furnish & equip Our Horses. If we can be furnished with Arms, & Uniforms, Others purpose joining our Company.

If such an Organization should meet your approbation. Please inform me concerning it & oblidge Your servent
