Dear Sir.

I had reserved a room for Henry on the same floor as my own which is now occupied by a Professor but will be vacated in a few days. I will see that he has a good room mate. Meantime he can occupy No 20 with Mr Pollock who is an excellent young man. Nothing


is need except sheets pillowcases & towels unless you should wish to add better furniture than the rooms are provided with I will call at the Tremont House this aftn.

Wrote you at Springfield on Thursday last but presume it failed to reach you

I will do as well as possible for your son
