Dear Sir: As requested by your favor of the 13th which I herewith hand you list of [reliable?] Union men at various Post offices in Lake County as I have jotted them down from memory. I have made the list for Waukegan pretty large because many of them reside in the the adjoining towns but get their mail matter there.
