Dr Sir Your requesting a list of names of Union men came duly to hand & should have been answered sooner but a press of other things deferred it till now- I enclose a list of names leaving out some of the most prominent Union men in the Co presuming you to be acquainted with such men as Clark & Carr, J S [Winston?] &c.
