Four verse song and chorus sung to the tune of "Home, Sweet Home." "Commemorative of the passage home of the remains of Abraham Lincoln. Written for the funeral solemnities of the President, Detroit, 25th April, 1865" " Printed at head in parentheses: "Citizens are requested to join in singing the following stanzas." Lyrics depict mourning for the death of Abraham Lincoln. Note on back: "Gift of Henry E. Pratt, 4/8/43"
