Sir: Your special attention is called to the case of Harrison J Baker Private 89th Ills Vol. Co C. now in hospital No 1 Ward 4 Nashville.

I desire very much to have him discharged my assistance having been solicited by his friends.

Please visit him and see the proper medical authorities to have him examined for discharge as soon as possible and advise me of result.
