I congratulate your on our glorious triumph. Dont you believe now there is a "God in Israel" now. He has certainly "lifted up the light of His countenance upon us. "Glory Halleluah"

One thing is certain you are to U S - Senator & I don't want you to commit yourself on who Shall be "Atty for Northern District" untill I see you if consistent with your duty. So to do, I want it myself. Again I Say "Glory to God in the highest." Yours as Ever
