Sir:

If consistent with regulations, I would request that the following soldiers be transferred from your Hospital to one in this State, that they may be nearer their homes, viz:

Isaac J. Ogle, Co "D," 50th Ills. Vols.

Aaron Walkins, Co. "H," 7th Ills. Vols.

Please give this early attention, and inform me of action taken.
