My dear Sir

Peters and Tincher will go for you for the Senate.

You will find T. somewhat [lively?] and scattering; but he may be relied on when he gives a pledge. He is not a very secretive man; rather outspoken and many times imprudently so.

Peters has no firmness in yielding vain and unreliable.

I thought as your friend and desirous of your success to make the above suggestions to you for your guidance and consideration

Truly yrs

E. S. Terry

I will be down on Monday
