Description

Governor Edward F. Dunne and his supporters wield swords while marching towards the Grim Reaper standing at a railroad crossing. Dunne and his supporters fought for the elimination of three crossing types: the hogback crossing, or those in which the grade suddenly rises; diagonal crossings; and obscured crossings.
