Dear Sir

I enclose the within try and prep up those who have not paid in their dust to do so as they are deeply interested as the new negociations now pending are largly at the discretion of C.D. Hubbard & Co. I hope that all the parties will have the good discretion to make arrangements to promptly pay their dust which will be the means of saving theirselves on the Construction Bonds & their Dust will be refunded so soon as Negociations are fully ratified you can fully explain verbally than I can write Mr Boody left for Toledo on friday last said he would be here on hand by the time our Board was organized & you & Strout returned I saw Jesup yesterday he is in fine spirits

I am quite lonesome since you & Strout left I hope to see you & him back soon yrs truly
