To all whom it may concern:
We the undersigned citizens of Champaign County Ills, having been for several years, acquainted with Dr M. S. Brown and knowing him to be a man of Good Moral Character, and reputation as a Physician, hereby take pleasure in recommending him to the favorable consideration of the public everywhere; And in offering this testimonial, we feel that we are but expressing the universal sentiment of the community in which the Doctor has so well discharged the high duties of a citizen, friend & Physician
