Governor,
The following Illinois Regiments arrived here yesterday: 14th - 15th - 28th - 32d - 40th - 41st - 46th - 53d & 55th Infantry - Battalions of the 4th 6th & 11th Cavalry and Five batteries of Artillery.
None of them have been waited upon yet by the Commissioners. I have disposed of all the documents I brought with me and it is absolutely necessary to have more immediately. Won't you be good enough to have them sent to me?
