We have published "The State Arms of the Union" and now intend to issue on one Sheet all the State Flags. We should be greatly obliged to you for a Copy of the Flag of your State or description of the same, as per act establishing "The State Arms, Seat and Flag ets.

We have received Copies from various States and hoping you will grant the same favor to us, in order to bring this desirable publication at once before the public, we remain
