Dear Sir
Mr. Robert Herdman has a son sick in the 115 Reg Ill Vol and wishes to go to Franklin KY with a view of assisting him or bring home if no better. Mr Herdman is a Loyal man. If you can send him a pass to this office will be greatfully acknowledged
