Dear Sir
There is to be a meeting of the citizens of this place next Saturday Evening for the purpose of seeing what can be done to assist the Governor in helping the wounded & Sick at Vicksburg if my services as nurse or in any other capacity will be of any benefit I am at your service pleas let me know if wanted
