Hon Richard Yates -
The Bearer O.A. Means of our County wishes to go to Youngs Point if it is possible for him to do so, to fetch home Jacob Myers & Joseph K Means Privates in Company F 116th reg. Ill. Vol. who are very sick at the Hospital there and no hopes of their Recovery - anything you may do for our citizen in this matter - will be remembered by the loyal people of McLean County -
