I take great pleasure in introducing the bearer of this letter, F.C. Bushway of Waverly Morgan Co. Ills. a member of the 120th Illinois Regiment. He has been a clerk at General Kimballs Hd. Qrus for some three months, he is spoken of very highly as an energetic and good man, a man capably of filling a better position. any favors shown him in your part will be thankfully received. he has recommendations in his possession which will testify to his good qualities.
