J.W. Dora. of Mattoon, Coles County, Illinois, being by me first duly sworn. did depose and say, that he is a resident of Coles County, in the State of Illinois; and that he knows J.W. Keys, and has known him since September a.d. 1862; that said Keys was a resident of Mattoon, Coles County Illinois, in September A.D. 1862. and continued to reside there, until about the first day of August A.D. 1863. That he is now a resident of the City of Chicago, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, and that he has not been a resident of the State of Wisconsin since September 1862, and is not now a resident of that State, but of the State of Illinois; and that his name is enrolled in the roll of persons liable to a draft by the Government for Military duty, in Mattoon Township. Coles County. Illinois and further saith not.
