I visited Mr Bosley a few days ago, he is unfit for duty, and will never be. Please examine him, and take the neccessary steps, to bring him before the Board of Examiners, for Discharge. Mr Bosley ought to have been discharged, long before the was sent to Park Barracks. Your early attention is called to his case

It has been my duty as well as pleasure to carefully examine the within named soldier - while he is unfit for field duty - there is nothing in his case which would cause the b'd of Med Exam. to discharge him - he will go home on Furlough in a few days.

Respectfully
