William Saunders to Richard Yates

Gov. Yates -

Sir

At a meeting of States Commissioners held at Harrisburg on the 17th of last month. the following motion was adopted,

"That Wm Saunders be authorized to furnish forty photographs of the Plan of the Soldiers National Cemetery, for the use of the States having Soldiers buried therein."

In pursuance of the above order, I have sent per Adams Express two copies of the plan to your address which I hope will reach you safely.
