Know all Men by these presents, That we Charles Williams and Abraham Lincoln, both of the District of Kentucky are
Held and firmly bound unto William Crow and William Agun admis of Abraham Miller DeSeased -
in the Sum of Three pounds six shillings lawful Money of Virginia to be paid to the said William Crow and William Agun their
certain Attorney, Executors, Administrators or Assigns: To the which Payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves our Heirs, Executors and Admistrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals dated the 12th day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty five
The condition of this obligations is such, That if the above-bounden Charles Williams and Abraham Lincoln their Heirs, Executors or Administrators, or any of them, shall, and do well and truly pay, or cause to be paid, to the above-named William Crow and William Agun their certain Attorney, Executors, Administrators or Assigns, the just and full Sum of one pound thirteen shillings lawful Money aforesaid, to be paid on the 12th day of October next ensuing the Day of the above Date, without any Fraud or further Delay, then the above obligation to be void, or else to be and remain in full Force and Virtue.
