Know all Men by this presents that we Haninah Lincorn and Enoch Berry ansr they and firmley bound unto Edward Rawlings Sheriff of Harden County in the just and full Sume of twenty two pounds fourteen shillings good and lawfull Money of Kentucky whietch payment well and truly to be made we Bind ourselves our hiers jointley and firmley by these presents as witness our hands and seal this 3th day of November 1798

The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound Haninah Lincorn doese personal appeare Before the Justices of our Court of quarter session for Elizabeth Town on the first day of our next November Court to answer the Complaint of philip Rogers in a plea of Debt Damages leven pound seven shillings then this obligation to be void Else to Remain in full force and Virtue in force Edw Rawlings Haninah Lincoln Enoch Berry
