Mr Pascal P Enos

You will take notice, that I shall attend at the office of Mrssrs Stode and Ford in the Town of Galena on Saturday the 4th day of September next between the hours of ten Oclock A.M. and six Oclock P.M. and shall then and there, take the deposition of Oliver W Kellogg; before having Mr Stephenson sign, Clerk of the Jo Daviess Circuit Court, or Some Justice of the Peace in and for said county to be read as evidence in a Suit of Law, now defending in the Sangamon Circuit Court wherein I am Claimant, and you are Defendant when and where you may attend if you choose.
