Know all men by their presents that we Henry Simco and Charly Maltby are true and firmly bound unto the County Commissioners of Sangamon County in the sum of five hundred dollars to which payment will and truly to be made we bond our Selves our heirs Executors and administrators firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 8th day of August 1832. The Condition of this obligation is such that when the above bounder Henry Simco was Elected Constable in Sangamon County and Newsalem precinct, now if the Said Henry Simco Shall faithfully discharge the duties of Said office by Serving all process legally to him directed, pay over all monies which may come to his hand by virtue of Said office and do and perform all things appertaining there unto according to law. Then this obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect in law
