My dear Sir:
It will give me great pleasure if you can afford me an opportunity to see your wonderful collection tomorrow (Tuesday) at 4-12 P.M.
Mr Jefferson spent a part of yesterday with me & was most enthusiastic in his description of your treasures - urging me by all means to accept the favor you so kindly offer.
Your beautiful "Ode on Art" will find a place in a little "casket of gems"
which I am preparing as a surprise for my little girl at school; many thanks for it - and for the rare treat you have in store for me.
