Honerable Sir
I again take the liberty to adress a few lines to inform you that the day after I sent the letter to you I received one from my Son F R Pilcher, they have mooved him to Quincy Ill in Hospital No 3 the name of Physition I do not know,he is no better and I feel assured he never will be unless he is alowd to come home and I again pray you if it is in your power grant him a discharge or a furlo, I remain your humble servant
