Description
Frank Ward Holt was a soldier during World War I, fighting with Company H of the 129th Infantry, American Expeditionary Force. During his military service, Holt briefly served on the front lines in France. Holt's father, Martin Sidney Holt, was a dairy farmer and Civil War veteran who fought in the Missouri, Vicksburg, and Tennessee campaigns.
