Lenthall and partner Jim Wilmot bought the Boothbay Playhouse in Boothbay, Maine, in 1957, and assembled 275,000 items in theatrical history, especially Boothiana, before auctioning it off in 1990.]]></dcterms:description>

On the bottom of Fostell's letter, Samuel Arnold replies that he does not own a photograph of himself and that the only photograph available would be from the Baltimore American. However, the negative for this image may have been destroyed in the newspaper office fire of February 7 and 8, 1904.
