Kendall, that he is a graduate of a Military School at Norwich Vermont, that he is a Gentleman of great energy of character, that he has recently been efficiently engaged in raising volunteer in this vicinity for the Army of the U.S and that in our opinion the country needs his services to aid in putting down this rebellion and that his merits and qualifications entitle him to a permanent place in the army now being raised for the defence of the Constitution and the Union.
