I would respectfully request that order issue for his transfer from Hospital at Balt. to Benton Barracks St Louis, where you have already sent paroled (Illinoisans) from Camp Parole, Annapolis Md. This would save the Govt transportation to and from Balt. when Furlough expires and when Hutchinson is exchgd and ordered to his regt.
